Having witnessed numerous businesses struggling to recover post-Covid, I recognized an opportunity to leverage my experience and expertise to help these businesses thrive.

As a Stocktaker in London South, my approach involves inputting sales and invoices before visiting sites, which allows me to spend more quality time with my clients, focusing on identifying and addressing any problem areas and providing guidance on how the stocktake process can benefit their business.

With over 27 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have had the privilege of working with both large groups and small independent establishments. Throughout the years, I’ve witnessed significant changes in staffing requirements, operational procedures, till systems, and stock management. Drawing from this wealth of experience, I can assist businesses in making well-informed decisions and staying ahead of market trends.

I have had the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team, overseeing a wide range of clients. This includes large groups with 12-18 sites, smaller groups consisting of 3-8 sites, as well as single-site operations.

What sets me apart from the competition in the stocktaking field is my genuine dedication to my clients’ success. I’m deeply committed to understanding each client’s unique needs, challenges, and objectives. With this understanding, I apply my extensive experience to create customized solutions that not only save money but also contribute to the growth of their business.
