Based in Porthcawl and with years of experience across South Wales, Jon Lewis brings deep local knowledge and extensive industry expertise to every venue he works with.
Having managed operations in Swansea, Llanelli, Tenby and Cardiff, John understands the regional market inside out from coastal pubs to busy city hotels.
With a background spanning some of the UK’s biggest hospitality brands including Village Hotels, Premier Inn, Beefeater, Travelodge and Marston’s Jon combines national level experience with a local, personal touch.
Jon’s expertise and experiences have included:

Outside of work Jon is a proud Dad who enjoys spending time with his children and making the most of what South Wales has to offer from beach days and walks along the coast to enjoying family meals out. He understands the importance of work life balance and brings that grounded, people first approach to every client relationship.
